Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline



What you will do?

Attract, source, and hire talent for different-level open positions
Build talent pipelines for open vacancies
Create vacancy profiles and post compelling job ads in line with market expectations
Develop optimum strategies for searching and selecting top talent
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process

Have proven experience in recruitment

Have a forward-looking, proactive attitude that you implement in improving recruiting processes
Have a great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English

Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Have a good attention to detail
