Managing stores within the assigned region – Lithuania;
Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
Building a stable, competent, and motivated sales team;
Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service, and VM standards are upheld in the region;
Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
Operating within budget constraints;
Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director.
What we expect from You:
Experience in a similar position would be an asset;
Proven track of record in previous employment;
Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips if needed;
Communicative English Language;
Driving license;
Experience in people management and supervision;
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure.
