  • You’ll contact new potential customers - your clients will be transport, logistic companies or companies with their own fleet of vehicles;
  • The product you’ll offer your clients will be a set of combined solutions and not a one-off service - this means you’ll develop long lasting relationships with them;
  • Whole Lithuania will be open for you – you will be the person focused on sales only and you’ll have a few colleagues who’ll help you with the post-sales process - our clients value our professional customer service and it’s our competitive advantage;
  • You’ll be the owner of the market - you’ll follow up with customers needs, gather their feedback, study market knowledge, analyze competitors’ offers and look for how the sales process could be improved.


  • All necessary working tools: computer, phone, company car and etc;
  • Individual sales coaching sessions with experienced team members on board;
  • An annual international sales training in Germany;
  • Competitive salary and motivating bonuses that is above the market average.


  • Have at least 1,5 years of experience in active B2B sales (experience in logistics or similar field would be an advantage);
  • Be close to fluent in English;
  • Hold a valid driving license.
