ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and people-oriented Sales Manager B2B who is eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in sales.

We’re open to candidates with different levels of experience - whether you’re taking your first steps in sales or already have a successful track record, what matters most is your attitude, motivation, and willingness to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Actively grow Linqo’s presence across Lithuania through new client acquisition.
  • Meet new potential and existing B2B clients - on-site, online, and at events.
  • Build and maintain an active, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Understand business needs and offer tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and help clients navigate business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth and successful outcomes.
  • Represent Linqo at tenders, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Driver's license.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and achieve results.
  • Confidence communicating with people and building relationships.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Resilience, ownership, and determination to achieve goals.
  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles is an advantage, but not required.
  • Knowledge of the heavy commercial vehicle market would be considered a plus.
