Job description

Challenging work with Top sellers around the world
Long- term work relationship with Top sellers
Conducting site and tech tutorials
Help find solutions and assist in growing sales
Manage customer engagement and use tools to analyze and monitor key metrics while tracking customer progress and performance
Introducing advanced tracking and analytic tools
In-depth knowledge of the world of ecommerce
investigation of the issues
listing on behalf of the seller/managing the account
making recommendations based on user account
creating Jira tickets for bugs and issues
communicating with sellers

Requirements

Higher, secondary special education;
Successful sales experience is an advantage;
ENGLISH C1;
RUSSIAN C1;
Lithuanian language is an advantage;
Good communication skills;
Good analytical skills.
