We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our aviation spare parts sales efforts, with a focus on Part-145 maintenance activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of our sales strategies within the Part-145 realm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research and Analysis:Dive deep into market trends and analyze potential sales opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Active Sales and Negotiations:Lead negotiations and contract work, focusing on both line and base maintenance activities to secure lucrative deals.
  • Sales Plan Implementation:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to reach target markets effectively.
  • Sales Goal Tracking:Monitor progress towards sales goals and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Sales Forecasting:Utilize your analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts, enabling efficient resource allocation and goal achievement.
  • Project Management:Take charge of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivering results on time and within budget.

We expect you have:

  • Sales Experience:A minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for candidates with prior aviation industry experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Communication Skills:Fluent in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills:Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Project Leadership:Experience in leading projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Goal Setting Expertise:Proficiency in setting and achieving sales goals, driving performance and growth.
