Job purpose:
Sales of polyurethane Spray Foam systems and raw materials for industrial polyurethane manufacturers. Customer relationship management in Lithuania and Latvia. Representation of agreed international suppliers.
Work description:
- Managing product portfolio and customer portfolio in target region
- Active sales work and achieving sales results according to set targets;
- Project developments for existing customers and searching for new customers;
- Regular customer communication and customer visiting;
- Reporting customer activities and projects in corporate CRM system;
- Traveling up to 50% of the working time;
- Communication with international suppliers;
- Learning customers’ technologies to become the specialist in targeted market segment;
- Providing market overview, identifying new sales opportunities, including information on competitors and market needs;
- Working in cooperation with the Polyurethane sales team;
- Reporting to Management in Finland.
Qualification and Experience:
- General understanding of polyurethane materials production technology;
- Ability and aptitude to explain complex function of offered products and convince customers of their benefits;
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in chemistry/polymer industry or construction industry, preferably – experience in polyurethane related industry;
- Successful experience of sales in B2B segment;
- Successful experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with customer;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Driving license;
- Experience of working for foreign company is a plus.
- Self guided;
- Entrepreneurial way of working.
Salary
2500-3500 eur/mon. gross
