  • Introduction and sales of Hilti products to construction companies;
  • Managing and developing customer relationships;
  • Making offers and negotiating with customers;
  • Advising customers to find best solution according to the standards of Hilti sales representative.

  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself;
  • Hard working, independent and consistent personality;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Emotional and intellectual intelligence;
  • Natural leadership;
  • A Bachelor’s degree or studies in graduation (technical or engineering preferably);
  • Driving license;
  • Good Lithuanian and English language.
