Sales Representative


Job description

The holder of this position must coordinate the cooperation between his/her area of work with all other areas of the corporation in such a manner that the flow of information is always free of friction, unimpeded, and a holistically positive coordination is assured

The person is responsible for

All tasks in his/her position are completed in a correct, timely, rapid and cost-efficient manner;
All steps are taken in order to achieve the prescribed corporate goals;
The turnover-goal is reached and, if possible, exceeded;
The cost-budget, the generally valid calculatory framework, as well as the given operational and scheduled tasks are adhered to;
The loyalty to the customer is maintained;
The image and the name-recognition of the corporation is strengthened in the region, and that the corporation acquires new customers;
The quality of the operational processes is secured, and that corporate management is informed about possible deficiencies as well as potential solutions;


Experience & Education Requirements

2-3 years relevant experience in sales;
Relevant experience in logistics would be consider as a benefit.
Experience in marketing, employer branding would be consider as a benefit.
Bachelor’s degree in management or similar area
Minimum Skills & Ability Requirements

Be a team player and act with a team work spirit, among areas
An in-depth understanding of what makes for success in shared services- including how to create the right culture, environment and career paths
High Proficiency in MS offices
Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills and detail oriented, ability to liaise at all levels
Receptive to change and new ideas and ability to generate new ideas and concepts, embrace new technology
Be able to work accurately, efficiently & meet tight deadline
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Willingness to travel
Flexible in respect to working hours
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
