Job description

Are you an enthusiastic sales leader who is focused on processes to bring value and a competitive edge to the company? Join us! You will be responsible for setting and reaching the KPIs of the whole B2B SaaS High-Velocity Sales team. You will report directly to our Head of Sales.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead team of sales executives to achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Manage team performance by setting personal KPIs
  • Coach and motivate a sales team
  • Engage & develop new sales accounts
  • Grow and improve high-velocity sales operations to be predictable, scalable & repeatable process
  • Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
  • Report sales results to a senior management

Requirements

What We Expect:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client management role selling B2B SaaS products or IT solutions
  • Previous experience in managing sales or account management teams
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
