Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To gather business requirements and to provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs whilst increasing SAP competence within Finance organization.
- Review processes and collect automation opportunities
- Support testing activities according to business requirements
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including test cases and training material
- Contribute to process analysis together with Process developers and Process owners for process changes
- Assess and approve RPA automation solutions
- Participate in ERP rollout projects
- Conduct End user training and provide support related to SAP FICO issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement by submitting improvement proposals
- Execute all other position related tasks delegated by line manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferably from a Shared Services / international environment
- Proven track record of successful system analysis, data gathering and implementation of automations
- SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA experience is required, knowledge of other SAP modules is considered as a plus
- Proactive, solution and development oriented, problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Advanced written and oral English is mandatory
