Job description

Ruptela is looking for a Scrum Master to join our talented software development team to develop the leading Fleet management platform, which serves over 100K objects worldwide. We help organizations manage their property effectively by providing up to date technologies with a feature-rich back-end architecture and modern UI.

Scrum Master must have courage to do the right thing on time and work on tough problems, but the best thing – you‘re doing everything with your team. You'll work side-by-side with product owner, business analysts and developers in creating high-quality Software as a Service (SaaS).
Scrum Master is the key component, like a glue, who assures the process flow for the team as well as for the company.

Your role:

  • Guiding the team and organization on using Agile/Scrum practices and values;
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without a fear of blame, retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving;
  • Take responsibility for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings;
  • Analyze and recommend metrics at the team level;
  • Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them;
  • Mentor and coach at the individual and team level in following Agile/Scrum;
  • Be able to fluently communicate and negotiate with your stakeholders to achieve the best result.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with software development in an Agile environment;
  • Good understanding of product life cycle, including software development methodologies, design and implementation;
  • Demonstrated mastery in applying Scrum Framework for Software Development;
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high performing Scrum Teams;
  • Strong facilitation and communication (verbal and written) skills;
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to grow team in a positive and productive way;
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
