Do you share our passion for Service Assurance within Telecom, and would like to work on an Agile Team with developing and maintaining of an on-premises ServiceNow instance as a Scrum Master?

We’re Trouble Ticketing Common within the Telia IT Production organization, working with our on-premises ServiceNow instance. My name is Anton Magnusson, I’m head of Trouble Ticketing Common and I’m the manager of the teams working with ServiceNow, and acting as the Product Owner in one of the Agile Teams. Currently we’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our ranks.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Training people and facilitating workshops to gain better understanding and get better in applying the Scrum Framework, Agile methodologies, and tools
  • Facilitating Scrum events or ceremonies when needed or asked for by the Agile team
  • Resolving impediments and/or teaching the Agile Team how to resolve impediments themselves
  • Support the Product Owner and Development team with transparency towards the stakeholders and Agile Release Train
  • Coaching Stakeholders in understanding SAFe and Scrum, and how they can most effectively interact with the Agile Team
  • Preparing and hosting the Sprint Retrospective, by gathering data and observations during the Sprin
  • Supporting, training, coaching, and facilitating the Product Owner, Development Team and Organization when needed or asked, to continuously improve or become more self-organizing

With your DevOps mindset and culture, you will make sure that there is a perfect balance between development and operations related priorities.

  • Good Communicator – Good at active listening and conveying information with ease

Your experience:

  • Knowledgeable in the Atlassian suite of tools
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects following Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience in deliveries of mission critical applications and services
  • Technical skills that allow you to communicate on with both developers and stakeholders
  • Not required, but it’s an advantage if you have:
  • Scrum Master for, or experience of, an on-premises implementation of ServiceNow
  • Scrum Master certification
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification

Working in this position, you will receive a base salary from 3463 to 5195 Eur/month (gross). Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides, for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
