Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to conduct real-time analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known digital fraud patterns. It will be up to you to make instinctive and logical decisions with little to no supervision about whether transactions should be canceled or processed. This includes contacting customers to verify transaction details when required to prevent customer losses. You’ll also be responsible for administration and data-entry of account information following the established guidelines for the organization. We are looking for a team member who is self-driven, has great problem-solving skills, and is constantly looking for self-development opportunities.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
- Fluency in English is required, written and verbal
- Analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility working night shifts, including weekends and holidays (22:00 - 06:30 o'clock)
It will help you to stand out/succeed if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (it might be related to Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Technical, Engineering, Business or other)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic experience with SQL/Hive query languages

Annual base salary gross: 13 689 – 23 467 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
