We are strengthening and expanding our team!
We are looking for a person in our team who, based on his profile, will focus on sales to Private customers.
You will make sure that the right competence, experience, and skills are in place to achieve set targets and ensure high customers satisfaction during sales journeys. Additionally, you will have to follow up KPI and will be responsible for quality assessment and assurance. In the role you are also expected to ensure competence hub building and maintenance for the team.

Your responsibilities
- Initiate and coordinate various types of sales activities for Private customers in relation to financing area
- Sales reports, KPI follow-up
- Sales coaching
- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve their service level
- Participate or run projects related with improvements of Your responsible area
- Represent customer voice in the organization
- Increase SEB brand market awareness in area of responsibility
- Improve customer journeys while managing their personal finance
You'll be the right fit if you have
- Knowledge of daily banking, financing or other product within Private customers
- Experience in working with private customers
- Ability to drive projects, prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders in the organization
- Strategic thinking and innovative mind-set
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
