My name is Valdas Babravičius and I am leading the Online Sales team. We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for Online Upsell/Cross-sell.

Your next challenge?

Your main responsibility and challenge will be to improve Online Upsell/Cross-sell results. Set list of actions how to achieve agreed KPI’s and Goals and make them happen. You will need to ensure smooth flow of information among departments to keep everybody on the same path achieving expected results.

Who are you?

You were successful in managing website content for multiple websites in several languages while using different CMS solutions.

You are proactive, result oriented and always hungry for more. You have excellent project management, communication, planning and prioritizing skills.

This is a great opportunity to enforce your knowledge and skills as well as gain new one by practicing learning by doing attitude.

Your Experience:

  • Demonstrated know-how and set of skills in managing website content with various CMS solutions
  • Managing several campaigns/projects is a common situation and you know how to plan your routine
  • Familiar with Google Analytics so you could have arguments for your decisions
  • Familiar with E-commerce principles
  • Basic knowledge about Customer Journey, User Experience and SEO is familiar and you will know what can’t be skipped while managing content
  • Speak and write fluent in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 2500-3500 Eur (gross) plus annual/quarterly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
