As an essential part of VFS LT Operations team, reporting directly to the Country Manager, Senior Customer Service Representative will play an important role and be responsible for a big part of Volvo Financial Services Operations process in Lithuania: customer service, leasing contract administration and monitoring, customer service desk processes, document and information flow management, invoicing, reporting and other tasks.
Preparation and full administration of active leasing agreements during their full cycle;
Active participation in development of Contract Administration processes;
Responsibility for high quality Customer Service Desk processes in compliance with defined service level standards; supporting process development;
Responsibility for capturing all customer queries and requests and their resolution;
Responsibility for CMS (Contract Management System) and CRM system changes and improvements;
Responsibility for full invoicing process;
Responsibility for contracts modifications process, e.g. preparation of documentation, making changes in customer’s payment schedules, etc.
Coordination and regulation of termination processes;
Maintaining customer records by updating account information;
Cross-functional cooperation with colleagues within Volvo Group;
Preparation of product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
Partnership with Sales and Credit teams in development of high quality credit portfolio.
We expect you have:
University degree or equivalent;
At least three years of experience working within contract administration and customer service in the finance/ leasing industry;
Good knowledge of financial service products & services;
High level of accuracy, attention to the details and reliability;
Knowledge of Business, Finance, Credit or Accounting processes.
