What you have:
Experience with Oracle, MS SQL or any other DB
Knowledge of ANSI SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL
Understanding of database server architecture
Understanding of RDBMS concepts
Experience in designing and developing database structure
Solid experience with SQL query tuning
Problem solving skills
English level: Intermediate (ability to communicate with foreign customers in oral and written form)
Good communication skills
Ability to work successfully both individually and as a team member
