About the job:

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is seeking a highly professional HR Business Partner to join developed IT organization, to work on international as well as local projects in matrix work environment. Global scale, multicultural environment.

Senior HRBP would be working along senior business leaders of organization offering thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
practices.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment with leadership and talented team members to ensure wise and right decisions are enhancing company growth.

Successful candidate will be independent thinker who is excited by challenges and driven by building great organizations. They will play a key role in developing IT
organization and managing strategical issues across the globe from Riga, Latvia.

Requirements

  • 6 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • 3 years Business Partner or HR Manager experience supporting leaders at IT/Tech companies.
  • HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, talent management, conflict resolution, international talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Consult IT Organization leaders to create a comprehensive people plan.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue.
  • Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, employee engagement and strategic development.
  • Use and request data strategically. Identify the trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational climate, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the stakeholders’ side.
  • Manages complex HR Projects cross-functionally.
  • Support development recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital platforms as well as comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective attraction of human resources according to company’s objectives and compliance requirements.
