Senior HR Support Specialist


Job description

Moody’s is expanding its services to Lithuania and is looking for Senior HR service associate to be responsible for providing daily administrative, analytical and technical process support, identify and deliver process improvements, execute audits and quality assurance and contribute to training program and content development.

Main responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve complex HR transaction inquiries or issues and autonomously manage the processing of mass data changes coordinating with HR partners;
  • Executes daily quality assurance activities including call monitoring, case review, four-eye checking, maker checker, and all other quality processes in HR team;
  • Provide constructive feedback for performance improvement to HR team based upon results of data audits and quality assurance checks;
  • Assist with the creation and execution of training for the HR team.


  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 3+ year experience working in Call Center;
  • 1-2 years HR Service Center experience preferred;
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German, French or Dutch would be a plus;
  • Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors, Kenexa 2XB or similar Applicant Tracking System would be a plus;
  • Experience working in international cross-cultural fast paced environment;
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently, leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or other case management systems.
