About The Role
Revel Systems is looking for a senior iOS software engineer who has proven experience in the design and development of high availability applications. If you have a SOLID view on how to build a robust and quality product and can convince the development team to follow you, it is a place for you.
With us, you will:
- Write clean, high performance and efficient code for Revel POS iOS applications
- Contribute to technical architecture, coding standards, and other team policies. Provide architectural guidance and direction to solve complex problems with a simple solution
- Drive technical improvement initiatives
- Work in a Scrum team and have an agile mind-set
- Create sufficient technical documentation and keep it current
- Willingness to help team execute even outside of iOS technical stack
- Be a role model for the team members, both junior and mid-level, encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential contributions
We expect:
- 5+ years of software development experience in the mobile development
- Be passionate about quality: SOLID, TDD, pair programming, code reviews, test automation.
- Strong product sense and the ability to own large areas of product design and usability
- Argument level of thinking and ability to sell technical ideas to the team
- Fluent written/spoken English is a must
