Senior Legal Counsel (maternity cover)

Drafting and reviewing contracts (logistics, warehousing, marketing, lease) and other legal documents to represent / protect company’s legal interests
Reviewing customs service contracts
Counselling and preparing legal documents related to carriage of passengers by sea
Provide support to Logistics sales, Marketing, Passenger departments and other teams with contracting related matters, including (but not limited to) negotiations and consultations
Representation of the company in state institutions
Be in charge of assigned internal policy and regular monitor of compliance
Accurate and timely counselling to company’s employees in a variety of legal topics all over DFDS group

University degree in law
Perfect English and Lithuanian language skills (Russian language is an advantage)
Experience as a legal counsel in business environment
Experience in transport law (carriage by road, sea and rail) would be considered as an advantage
Proactive, positive, and self-driven personality
Flexible, open and customer minded attitude
Able to deal with complex matters and multiple stakeholders
Understanding the value of a commercial relationship as well as the importance of a legally correct approach

2700-3500 €/mon. gross
