You would be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building exercises.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and visitors.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Handle budgeting and expense tracking for office-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
We expect from you:
- Proven experience of 2 years in an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Leadership experience and the ability to effectively execute projects from the onset to finish.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian is a must.
