Service Desk Ambassador (French)

Job description

As a Service Desk Ambassador, you will be supporting our customers over the phone in English and French languages and your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to basic IT-related questions of our customers using established methods provided in training. Forwarding calls to appropriate personnel, if needed.
  • Recording calls on account history record with results of the inquiry; initiating required confirmation.
  • Processing customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French
  • High school diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Genuine interest in IT
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work different shifts (incl. weekends)
  • IT background/experience (a plus)
