Service Desk Process Expert

We are now looking for a Service Desk Process Expert to join a team of 14 people at Telia Company Financial Shared Services (FSS).

In the role as a Service Desk Process Expert you will be part of a team with the purpose to support Telia colleagues in the finance and purchasing area and continuously improve the processes. You will get a broad understanding and build both wide and deep knowledge in the processes around purchasing, invoice management, payment and IT systems.

You will handle inquiries, provide escalated support, ensure knowledge sharing with the team, work with root cause analysis of reoccurring inquiries, prepare and analyse KPI. In this role you will actively engage in identifying improvement opportunities and leading implementation of improvements.

We are looking for you who have a proven experience in senior role from earlier assignment in the customer service and quality assurance. Most importantly you should have a big interest in finance and purchasing processes.

As a person you should be analytical, structured, excellent communicator, customer focused, problem solver, enjoy collaborating and to work tight in a team.

You will work in a truly global environment in an exciting industry and get all the support you will need for both your professional and personal development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • 2+ years of experience performing customer-facing/end-user support in some seniority role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • Solution oriented and curious team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Training and teaching skills
  • Knowledge of Service Now (advantage)
  • Any Nordic language (advantage)
