Job description
- General assistance in managing the business unit.
- Manage the daily activities of the person you report to.
- Organization of agendas and meetings and preparation of minutes.
- Preparation of various types of documentation, protocols and presentations.
- Preparation of plans and statistical summaries.
- Document tracking.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Active participation in the improvement of internal processes (planning, cost, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 2 years on the profile.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Valuable other languages.
- Master of communication.
- Possibility to work in a multifunctional position.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple demands.
- A proactive and independent person with flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes.
- Creative, organized and discreet person.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, engineering degree will be an attitude.
