Right now, we are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect in the Technology division responsible for IT systems used for client facing communication.
I am Konstantin Fedorcov leading great people within Digital Channel division of Telia Lithuania, and I have a proposal for you to accept some new challenges and join our motivated, experienced, professional and fun team.
Your work location could be either Kaunas or Vilnius (in our brand new open-space office).
Your next challenge?
As a member of my team, you will design and control development of technical solutions to implement business needs for market leading company in the areas of: contact centers, communication gateways, knowledge management systems and etc. You will also help in detailing the requirements, making sure that implemented solution is fit for purpose and corresponds to the requirements, understood by developers and meets operation criteria’s. You will be responsible for creating and planning roadmaps for Digital Channels systems and alignment of the architecture and technical solution designs to match enterprise strategic direction.
It is a job that requires someone who understand business, processes and people. You will also be coaching and act as internal consultant for colleagues within other parts of our organization.

Your experience:
- Experience working as a Solution Architect with multiple and complex projects
- Knowledge of programming language(s), integrations and SQL(s)
- Understanding and hands-on working experience in software development as well as different technologies and methodologies awareness
- Knowledge of contact center software, PBX, IVR, VoIP would be an advantage
- Passion for new technologies, trends, patterns and frameworks
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written)
