The Team/Product:
You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, Developers. ERP team works with products such as systems: MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS NAV/LS Central.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementation projects (perform analysis of business processes and design system solutions);
- Clearafication of the client's business needs in MS Dynamics NAV/BC financial management and accounting on warehouse, warehouse and inventory management issues and solutions;
- Advising clients on how to optimize business processes, offering additional solutions;
- Testing of design and development works;
- Training of client employees how to use the MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central system;
- Share experience and knowledge with colleagues.
Required Competencies:
- 3+ years’ experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central;
- Experience in finance and accounting and knowledge of accounting processes;
- Experience working with MS Office;
- Strong speaking/writing communication skills in Lithuanian and English, Russian would be an advantage;
- Attention to details.
- Ability to express complex information clearly and concisely;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial management, business administration, IT or related areas.
- Development and support of integrations with external systems (EDI, e-shops, assortment management systems, etc.);
- You are open for cooperation with team members: developers and analytics.
- You are result-oriented, approaching challenges with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- You are proactive, taking the initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- You are scrupulous in your work, paying attention to details.
