Job description

Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our hard working, fun and tight knit HR team. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in our rapidly growing company and owns the recruitment process. This team member will be responsible for long term talent attracting and recruiting strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative to identify staffing needs and develop candidate profiles together with hiring managers by understanding the required skills, fit to the team and company
  • Create, execute and optimize engaging outbound candidate campaigns and strategies that yields results
  • Define and tell our story in a way that makes our brand a strategic asset for Revel Systems
  • Utilize LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases to increase candidate pipeline quantity and quality
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate meetings with hiring managers to ensure we have the most effective process
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Manage all prospective candidates in the internal recruiting CRM (Greenhouse)
  • Prepare and analyze candidate pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Responsibility for full recruitment cycle
  • Other projects as needed

Education and/or Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficient written/spoken English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A keen understanding of tech and customer service roles
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems is beneficial
