Talent Acquisition Partner

Explore the professional world more deeply and join the Talent Acquisition Team that is taking care of a full-cycle candidate journey within SEB. By developing innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies, we support organization in a talent management area and actively cooperate with Hiring Managers from different business areas across Baltic countries.

Your responsibilities will include

• Coordination of full cycle recruitment process in different business segments across Baltic countries
• Proactive investigation of new ideas on innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies
• Active search of potential candidates and creation of talent pools
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers and deep understanding of hiring needs in the respective areas
• Coordination of external employer branding activities and partnership with universities

You’ll be the right fit if you have

• At least 2 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitments
• Advanced candidate-sourcing skills
• Tech-savvy and analytical approach
• Strong stakeholder management and communication competencies
• High emotional intelligence and openness to new experiences
• Fluency in English language

Monthly salary range for this position: 1950 – 2900 EUR (before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
