Talent Acquisition Specialist
As part of this position, your main responsibility will be to attract and hire exceptional individuals who meet our hiring requirements. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will play a crucial role in defining job requirements, crafting compelling job advertisements, and developing effective sourcing strategies. We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills, to become a part of the Baltic People and Culture Team.

GET READY TO:
- Ensure a professional and fast selection process
- Proactively source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate the suitability of candidates
- Update candidate records and job postings in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to determine staffing needs, requirements and responsibilities
- Engage in career fairs, maintain relations with universities and colleges
- Participate in various HR projects and activities at both local and Baltic levels
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education
- Prior professional background in recruitment, showcasing proficiency in sourcing candidates using different channels including LinkedIn
- Outstanding communication skills, facilitating the development of relationships with candidates, HRBP and hiring managers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A highly motivated, self-driven individual with a team player mindset
- Forward-thinking, combined with a strong aspiration to enhance knowledge and succeed in the field of talent acquisition
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
