You will be a part of our Learning and Development team and get a hands-on experience of a variety of L&D related tasks. During your internship you will have the opportunity to learn how to plan your workload and work within the team operating in an international environment. Your main activities will be related to content management in our learning experience platform SEB Campus and administration of SEB employees’ training and their requests.

About the role:
You will be a part of our Learning and Development team and get a hands-on experience of a variety of L&D related tasks. During your internship you will have the opportunity to learn how to plan your workload and work within the team operating in an international environment. Your main activities will be related to content management in our learning experience platform SEB Campus and administration of SEB employees’ training and their requests.
As an Intern you will be responsible for:
- Replying to the requests of SEB employees
- Adding content to SEB Campus
- Preparing training completion reports
- Ad-hoc requests from colleagues (varying from screen recordings to coordination of training events)
Who we are looking for:
- Collaborative & positive team player
- Structured and detail-oriented person
- Good knowledge of English
- Able to manage your time & prioritize
- Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas
- Interested in Learning & Development as well as digital trends

Monthly salary range for this position: 1000 – 1300 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
