In the role of a Support Engineer you will build up your technical expertise on a daily basis and help our customer on a wide range of issues connected with Wialon products.

In the role of a Support Engineer you will build up your technical expertise on a daily basis and help our customer on a wide range of issues connected with Wialon products.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for Gurtam products via e-mail, phone, online chat.
- Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
We expect:
- Technical education or work experience in the IT sphere.
- At least Intermediate level of written Portuguese.
- Willingness to work in shifts (cycle: day and night shifts: 2 days / 2 days off / 2 nights / 2 days of).
- Strive to learn and further provide quality advice to clients on their issues.
