We need your urgent support for hiring in Lithuania we have 50 positions

IT service desk 1st line support agents (L1), English speakers, work on rotating schedule (morning, day, afternoon, night shifts) One type of shift is for 1 week, then it changes.

Job: full time/part-time



Role, responsibilities, and skill sets:

Provide hardware/software/ network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer’s end users.
Logging call details into tickets in the internal system.
Work closely with teams to obtain technical knowledge and to propose innovative solutions and update the knowledge base
Meet standard KPIs (average handling time, first point resolution, call quality)

Requirements

Knowledge of basic IT: Operating systems, MS Office Suite, Internet browsers; PC Hardware knowledge, Anti-virus and firewall software.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills (English)
Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
