If You have:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (or a related discipline);
  • Experience with compensation & benefit program design and/or delivery at local or international level;
  • Good understanding how different HR areas collaborate to support business and organization goals gained in practical experience. Business partner assignment with a diverse international organization is an advantage;
  • A proven track record of successfully leading a project initiative in HR or a related field (executional excellence, prioritization and balancing different tasks);
  • Strong strategic view: ability to see the big picture and zoom into needed details to clarify objectives and validate solutions;
  • Confident leadership and strong influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Change & transition management experience and skills;
  • Experience with Agile inspired Ways of Working (as an advantage);
  • Experience working in matrix organization;
  • Fluent English and strong business writing skills;

  • Simplifying, Digitizing and Automating processes and practices in area of responsibility with support from HR Digital and IT organization;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on strategic KPIs in area of responsibility.
