RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take care and be responsible for the daily operational trading processes, administration of the Baltic-Finnish Gas Exchange Trading System (trainings will be provided)
- Deliver excellent customer service during day to day operations
- Provide support to customers within the Baltic States and Finland on requests about products, systems access and functionalities
- Proactively tackle and solve operational issues
- Gas exchange and other services client's documentation administration
- Ensure timely invoicing, settlement and collateral management processes
- Participate in the team related projects for product launch, internal improvements, system upgrades
- Perform any other duties delegated by Head of Trading and Customer Services
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:
- Higher education (in economics, finances, management fields or other)
- Working experience in Energy and/or Financial sector’ would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (Russian or Finnish would be taken as an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Energetic, proactive and goal oriented
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of issues and drive appropriate solutions
