Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize the use of Standard Work in Kaunas and Fredensborg.
- Meet training related compliance requirements: generate training audit reports, maintain all training records/certificates
- Track and meet main Training/HR related KPIs
- In collaboration with Team Leaders design training programs and presentations
- Be a project leader and able to handle stakeholders, including: operators, technicians, production management, QA, and engineering functions.
- Facilitate trainings
- Administrate LMS (electronic Learning Management System)
- Generate and implement ideas to improve efficiency, quality and waste in production.
- Actively collaborate and support the Leadership team
- Be part of continuous improvement team and work with 5S implementation and optimization in production
Requirements:
- Study Degree in Production engineering or related field
- Work experience in a training and/or production-based environment
- Effective time management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Being a team player
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English and Danish
