  • Identify and solve UX problems relating to responsiveness.
  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with competitor analysis within the gambling industry and industry trends in terms of UX/UI.
  • Evaluate user insights and find solutions to improve design accordingly.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Experience in designing iOS/Android apps. Knowledge of Xamarin Forms is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in working with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, UXPin, Zeplin or other design, versioning, and prototyping tools.
  • A team player with the ability to adapt and share ideas with team members to find the best possible solution, open to give and to receive feedback from the team.
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate UX pitches and to get alignment from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Design Thinking and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) frameworks would be considered as a bonus point.

Company offers

  • 3800 – 5200 EUR gross salary.
  • Health insurance package, employee referral program and additional training.
  • Memorable company parties and social activities like team buildings and monthly birthday celebrations.
  • New modern, bright, and comfortable office space in the center of Vilnius, with a great working atmosphere, in a collaborative team of amazing people, with forward-thinking managers.
  • Free parking for your car or motorcycle and showers if you prefer to cycle to work.
