Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to take the position in our VAT department in our office in Klaipeda, Lithuania

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize and fill-in the internal information programs with all the necessary data, documents and accounts.
  • Communication with foreign partners and colleagues of the company's group.
  • Resolving different claims and any issues/queries.
  • Process with other administrative tasks required by your hierarchy.


Profile and qualifications :
  • High school degree with university or business school
  • Very good/excellent Lithuanian language skills
  • Good English language skills: B1 and upper level.
  • Computer literacy: good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), like figures
  • Strong motivation to provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accuracy, structure, orientation to details.
  • Being patient and responsible
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work and learn in a fast changing environment.
  • Experience in customer service and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
