Your tasks

  • Administrating and configuring the application SAP Contact Center (SAP CCtr) and solving all related questions/issues with customer.
  • Providing customer support for workstation related systems where our application is used.
  • Learning and editing SAP CCtr coding.
  • Integrate different customer API’s and APP’s with SAP CCtr application.
  • Test, optimize and prepare documentation for all solutions created for customer.
  • Keep yourself updated with news of SAPUI5 and SAP CCtr product developments.
  • Keep yourself motivated and provide innovated solutions to optimize and increase the efficiency of our products and services.
  • Support and ask help from your teammates if needed.
  • According to the nature of project will work in team or apart.
  • Participating on our team events (summer and winter events).
