Apply if you would be happy to

  • manage important global accounts and ensuring best customer service
  • find out costumer needs, supporting their growth, coordinating operational details
  • constantly learn and grow together with the international e-commerce market
  • provide solutions and suggestions for e-commerce logistics, delivery channels and operations

We will be happy if you have

  • experience in customer support, key account management and logistics or postal sector
  • good analytical thinking, computer literacy and attention to details
  • resistance to stress, quick thinking and problem solving skills
  • very good communication skills and an ability to deal with different parties on a daily basis
  • higher education and a wish to learn new things each day
  • Proficiency in Chinese and very good knowledge of English
