Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Handle a portfolio of small & medium customers, generating €4–8M in annual revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Work closely with Customer Care, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead contract and pricing negotiations, aligning terms with market trends and ensuring accurate CRM data management.
Monitor industry trends and cargo flow patterns to proactively address seasonal impacts and shipment needs.
Uphold and promote Girteka’s brand and reputation through professional conduct and customer-first mindset.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the logistics sector.
Strong skills in negotiating deals and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of commercial fundamentals and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
Confident working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools.
A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics, or Economics.

Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
