What You’ll Do:
- Work with primary documents
- Issue invoices to external clients (monitoring, data control)
- Upload primary documents (POD) into systems
- Control new client onboarding data
- Communicate with clients and internal departments
- Keeping track of client balances
- Identifying problem areas

- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Initiative, proactiveness, good communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of English
- Good MS Excel skills
- Knowledge in Accounting or in logistics would be an advantage
