We are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help us continue transforming business processes through automation and AI solutions. You will design and develop automated workflows, build AI-powered tools and agents, integrate business systems, and work closely with IT and business teams to make everyday operations smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do:
- Business process automation: Analyze, design, and automate business processes using n8n, RPA, Power Automate and other automation technologies.
- Workflow development: Build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable automation workflows, ensuring performance, scalability, and stability.
- AI solutions & agents: Develop AI-powered workflows and agents using LLMs, APIs, and intelligent document processing technologies.
- System integrations: Connect ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business systems using REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and custom integrations.
- Scripting & development: Develop custom automation logic using JavaScript, Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Monitoring & optimization: Troubleshoot automation failures, implement error handling, logging, and monitoring, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Collaboration & innovation: Work closely with IT and business teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver practical solutions, and document implemented processes.
Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1 years of practical experience in process automation, system integrations, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms (Make, Power Automate, Zapier or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP methods, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
- Practical programming skills in JavaScript or Python, with a basic understanding of SQL and data processing.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar) into automated workflows.
- Understanding of automation reliability, error handling, debugging, logging, and basic security practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, or Azure services.
- Familiarity with AI agents, RAG, MCP, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate Desktop.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, Git, or cloud-based environments.
- Experience integrating ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or Airtable.
