Main responsibilities:
- develop and customize ERP solutions (Odoo);
- design and implement AI-powered workflows for production and design processes;
- build custom AI flows, instruction sets, and templates to automate business operations;
- integrate ERP with external systems and AI services;
- translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- mid/senior level programming experience (Python preferred);
- hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with AI tools in a development context;
- familiarity with JavaScript and modern web frameworks;
- experience with Git and PostgreSQL;
- experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a strong advantage but not mandatory — willingness to learn is essential;
- experience creating integrations with third-party APIs;
- problem-solver mindset with a strong orientation towards results;
- ability to work independently and in a team.

Our core focus is implementing Odoo ERP and embedding AI into company workflows, particularly in production and design. The ideal candidate is someone who bridges software engineering and practical AI application. This is an on-site position. Remote applications will not be considered.
