We’re growing constantly and today are looking for an expert who thrives on building end-to-end machine learning solutions — from raw data to production-ready AI systems. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement models from the ground up, experiment with the latest deep learning and LLM technologies, and deploy intelligent systems running on modern cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data-driven models across a wide range of tasks, from traditional classification and segmentation to advanced neural networks and deep learning.
- Work with LLMs and agentic AI systems, integrating them into larger workflows and applications.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Architect and deploy scalable ML pipelines using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, SQS, S3, and related cloud tools.
- Prepare and manage datasets using Python and core data libraries.
- Implement model training, fine-tuning, and optimization routines.
- Build and serve models in production environments — from REST APIs to event-driven or batch pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design practical AI solutions that deliver real business value.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and system scalability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised/unsupervised learning, feature extraction, model validation, and optimization.
- Experience with neural networks, deep learning architectures, and modern LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemma, Claude, Mistral).
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure — especially Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, SQS, and S3 — or equivalent cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data storage systems, including both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and maintainability.
- Ability to build full ML workflows — from data ingestion to model deployment — autonomously.
- Good communication and documentation skills for presenting results and design choices clearly.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, API-based model serving, or microservice architectures.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
- Curiosity and creativity in experimenting with Agentic AI systems and automation workflows.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying current with the latest AI research and tools.
