We are looking for:
An experienced API support specialist to join the Itella Baltic organization!
You will be responsible for providing technical onboarding support and everyday support for Baltic customers already using our services. Additionally, this position is responsible for technical solution change/improvement management and driving these changes.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of successful integrations with Baltic and international customers and strategic third-party systems.
- Collaborate with different internal teams and external developers to translate customer needs into a better overall solution that delivers a better data exchange experience to customers.
- Sit between customers and the development teams to troubleshoot, support, improve, and implement various technical ordering channel solutions on daily basis.
- Prepare and execute manual tests and UAT for new features and bug fixes.
- Create and maintain applicable test environments, user manuals and technical information sources for internal and external stakeholder support.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:
- Experience with API integrations and strong knowledge of electronic data exchange solutions and web services.
- Experience with third party API/Plugin solutions and/or a general understanding of solutions and technologies used in e-commerce segment.
- Excellent time and task management skills with ability to successfully manage multiple active developments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full English language proficiency.
