Over the past few years, COWI and Arkitema have built a strong partnership, creating opportunities for architects in Lithuania to contribute to projects across Scandinavia. Our team of nearly 40 architects and landscape architects works closely with Nordic colleagues to create sustainable, future-oriented environments that improve everyday life.
Based primarily in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, we work in a flexible hybrid setup that combines local collaboration with international project exposure.
As a Constructing Architect, you will join a supportive architectural community of more than 400 architects and project managers and contribute to diverse projects across Scandinavia, including hospitals, schools, residential buildings, metro systems, carbon capture facilities and many more.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in the latest digital tools and technologies while collaborating with experienced architects and design specialists across the Nordic region.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in project development and team meetings
  
• Designing of various buildings in Revit environment
  
• Preparing drawings and technical documentation
  
• Delivering according to deadlines
  
• Maintaining constructive and value-adding relationships with colleagues from the Arkitema office

On top of that, you should:

• Have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, or similar. Education obtained in Denmark, Norway or Sweden would be considered an advantage
  
• Have at least 2 years of experience using Revit software (similar 3D modeling software may also be considered)
  
• Possess knowledge of current design and architecture industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations
  
• Having team management experience would be considered an advantage
  
• Have proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any Scandinavian language would be considered an advantage

The salary range from junior to senior level specialists is from 2400 to 4200 EUR before taxes. The final offer is individual and will be based on your competencies and experience.
