B2B Purchasing Specialist (Non-assortment)

I am Mindaugas Baranauskas heading Supply Chain in Telia. We are responsible for supply chains of materials like Consumer Electronics (CE), Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), Networks and B2X Customer Solutions/Information & Communications Technology (ICT) equipment. Right now, I am looking for a B2B Purchasing Specialist (Non-assortment) to join my team in Vilnius or Klaipėda office!

As a B2B Purchasing Specialist (Non-assortment) you will support building supply chain excellence, enabling Telia, its customers, suppliers, and partners to take advantage of the opportunities and manage challenges the upcoming wide-scale digitalization brings.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handle small and medium spot buying activities based on B2B customer needs
• Drive B2B non-assortment purchases process
• Cooperation with suppliers, category managers, logistics and other stakeholders
• Ensure high class service for internal customers
• Involvement in supply chain systems development projects.

Is this you?

Your personality:

• Proactive and customer-oriented
• Can work independently as well as be a solid team player
• Detail oriented and able to see a big picture
• Have interest for IT and consumer electronics.

Your experience and skills:

• Good English language skills (B1 and above, written and spoken)
• Solid communication skills.

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary of 1200 – 1400Eur gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
