ACTIVE SALES SPECIALIST - We are looking for people who are ready to be their own boss.

Start by winning new clients - grow into the manager of your own client portfolio and region.

Roofmaster is a modern, ambitious team of flat roof experts with 18 years of experience and firm values: integrity, growth, efficiency, 100% accountability, professionalism.

Work Duties

  • At first - actively winning new clients: cold calls in the
B2B sector, identifying prospects and meeting them face
to face.
  • Later - managing your own client portfolio as an account
manager: repeat business, long-term relationships,
inbound clients, and occasional new client acquisition.
  • Preparing financial offers together with our cost
estimator.
  • Closing contracts with clients.
  • Planning and organising site inspections.
  • Working with our sales CRM system, Bitrix24.

Offer:

  • Fixed base of EUR 1,500
Plus commission on the gross profit
of the contracts you close, "with no
cap".
Our salespeople earn an average of EUR 3,000 – 5,000+ per month.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B OUTBOUND sales experience in construction or a
similar industry would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record in cold
calling.
  • The ability to organise your own work and meet
deadlines.
  • Experience in winning back lost deals.
  • Strong sales results in previous positions.
  • Readiness to work as a self-employed contractor – we
will help you set this up and offer the most favourable
options.

Salary

1500 €/mon. net
